AREDN Mesh Map

The AREDN Worldmap shows nodes that publish their location. It's the best way to see where the mesh reaches today and which links already exist.

Put your node on the map

If your AREDN node is connected to the internet, it can publish its GPS position so it appears on the map. Publishing helps us know where to grow the mesh and what routes are already available.

No internet at your node? Use the AREDN offline map submission tool to share your position without connecting the node. If you'd like us to submit your location for you, reach out and we'll take care of it.

Band & channel

We coordinate on 2.4 GHz, Channel -2 (2397 MHz), 10 MHz bandwidth. See Getting Started for the full settings and why we avoid 5 GHz.
